Job Title: Occupational Hygienist
Location: Oxford
Salary: £28,000-£40,000 + Benefits
I’m working with an established, employee-owned consultancy specialising in environmental and occupational health that’s looking to bring an Occupational Hygienist into its growing Oxford team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years’ experience who is progressing through their BOHS modules and wants to develop within a supportive, people-focused organisation.
You’ll work on a broad range of workplace exposure assessment projects, benefit from fully funded BOHS training, and have a clear pathway to senior-level progression within an employee-owned business that genuinely invests in its staff.

Your Role * Conduct workplace exposure assessments (dust, fumes, noise, vibration)
* Undertake LEV assessments and assist with COSHH reviews
* Produce clear technical reports and risk assessments
* Provide clients with practical, evidence-backed recommendations
* Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development
* Communicate professionally with clients, regulators, and site teams
Skills & Background * 1-3 years’ occupational hygiene or exposure monitoring experience
* BOHS modules W501-W507 completed or in progress
* Degree in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field
* Strong communication, organisation & analytical skills
* Full UK driving licence
