Property Valuer
Salary: £23k (Negotiable DOE) + £2500 car allowance or company car + £40k OTE (guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
Location: Ramsgate
Hours: Mon-Fri pm Sat 09.00 – 17.00pm
Must have a Full UK driving licence to apply
An established and successful estate agency is seeking a motivated and professional Property Lister / Valuer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer-facing experience, excellent communication skills and a passion for property. The position offers a clear career path, structured development and strong earning potential.
You will already have a proven background within valuing properties successfully, have excellent relationship building skills and have a genuine passion for the property industry.
Responsibilities:
*Conduct accurate and well-researched property valuations.
*Provide professional advice to vendors on pricing, marketing strategy and current market conditions.
*Convert valuations into new instructions through strong communication and negotiation skills.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors throughout the sales process.
*Deliver clear, confident and transparent advice to clients.
*Offer regular feedback to vendors following viewings and market activity.
*Provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
*Advise vendors on presenting their property for market to maximise interest and value.
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local area.
*Build a strong presence within the local community to drive brand awareness.
*Work collaboratively with sales negotiators to match buyers to relevant properties.
*Assist with sales progression where required (liaising with solicitors, buyers and vendors).
*Contribute to team targets and branch profitability.
