The CDM Principal Designer role
As you carry out the role of Principal Designer, you will offer clients and design teams advisory service on Design Risks. You will work within a team of ex-Designers, so a design background would be advantageous, albeit not essential.
The CDM Principal Designer will have
*Minimum of 3 years within CDM Principal Design (essential)
*Experience within the Healthcare or Hospital Sector (preferred)
*NEBOSH Construction (essential)
*Technical qualification/degree (e.g. Architecture, Building Surveying, Engineering etc.) (preferred)
