A leading property consultancy with offices across the South East is seeking a Project Manager to join its London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to work on high-profile residential and regeneration schemes across the capital, often in the £10m-£60m value range.

The Project Manager’s Role As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of project programmes, risk management, cost control and stakeholder reporting. You’ll be involved at all stages from feasibility through to completion, often as the primary point of contact for key clients.
The Project Manager * Construction-related degree (e.g. Quantity Surveying, Construction Management)

* 2+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment

* Experience working on residential, regeneration or education schemes

* Working towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB preferred
