Package: £28K-30K Basic + Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

After their first massively successful 18 months they are looking to bring on 3 hungry ambitious Graduates to be part of their expansion. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of something special and join a fast-growing business where you will be trained directly by the CEO and be offered extremely fast progression opportunities whilst earning uncapped commission.
The Role
*As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities
*Bringing onboard new clients and building relationships with new and existing clients
*Negotiating, influencing and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome

*2:1 at Degree Level or 2 Years Sales Experience
