Job Description:
A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy in Liverpool is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join their North West team. The successful Project Manager will deliver a mix of commercial, leisure and education projects ranging from £2m to £30m.
This is a fantastic role for a Project Manager who wants to work in a collaborative team on diverse schemes, with clear support for professional development. The Project Manager will benefit from a strong local presence and long-standing client relationships.
The Project Manager’s Role The Project Manager will manage pre- and post-contract stages, including project planning, procurement, cost control and risk management. You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
The Project Manager * Degree in a construction-related discipline
* 3+ years’ project management experience in a consultancy environment
* Experience with JCT and/or NEC contracts
* APM, RICS or CIOB pathway preferred
In Return? * £48,000 - £58,000
* Annual bonus
* APC and Chartership support
* Hybrid working options
* 26 days annual leave
