Management Accountant

Reed Finance Norwich are supporting a leading company in the Norwich are to recruit for a highly skilled Management Accountant to enhance their financial operations and contribute to their continued success.
This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified Management Accountant, looking to take their next step into a growing organisation to continue their development and growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Prepare and analyse monthly Management Accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
*Maintain strict revenue compliance, including auditing cut-off, recognition, and invoicing processes.
*Produce Regional P&L packs, Financial Board reports, and support monthly performance reviews.
*Monitor intercompany accounts, manage aged debt actions, and approve subcontractor purchase orders.
*Provide financial insights and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified or completing studies towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
*Proven experience in management accounts preparation and a strong grasp of accounting principles.
*Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
*Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
