Customer Service & Sales Manager 28k-33k
I am currently working with one of my favourite clients to help them recruit a new Customer Service & Sales Manager to manage a small team within their site in the Batley area.
My client is a family-owned company that manufactures & sells high end products into the construction sector.

Role Overview
As Customer Service & Sales Manager, you will lead a small customer service team to deliver exceptional support to clients across the construction industry. You’ll ensure that every interaction reflects our family values and commitment to excellence, while driving efficiency and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and develop the customer service team to achieve high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
*Oversee order processing, delivery scheduling, and after-sales support.
*Act as the main point of escalation for complex queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
*Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve service levels.
*Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
*Maintain accurate records and reporting for management review.
*Drive initiatives that reflect our family-run ethos and strengthen customer relationships.
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in a customer service leadership role, ideally within construction or related sectors.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
*Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
*Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
