Description
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
*Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial records.
*Preparation and finalisation of financial statements and reports.
*Develop and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes.
*Financial close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
*Tax compliance, including VAT, corporation tax, and other regulatory filings.
*Cash flow and liquidity management.
*Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for financial reviews.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and external stakeholders.
*Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts (bank and intercompany).
*Payroll processing, employee expenses, and pension contributions.
Planning and Budgeting:
*Support in creating the business plan
*Prepare yearly budget at granular level to include targets for each function.
Management Presentations:
*Create the framework for Financial Reporting to the Management
*Prepare monthly Management Report
Cost Analysis
*Develop cost analysis framework along with deep dive to key business drivers
*Identify cost optimisation opportunities.
Profile
Finance Manager should have:
*A strong background in accounting or finance.
*Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
*Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
