Accounts Administrator – Ripon, £27,000
Salary: £27,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Location: Ripon (Fully Office-Based)
Job Type: Full-Time
We are currently working with a well-established business in the Ripon area who are looking for a Accounts Administrator.
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator with experience in an accounts team to support a friendly and supportive team with the smooth running of the finance operations.
Skills and experience required:
*Experience in an Accounts based role
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident communicator with a professional manner
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Strong IT skills particularly excel
*Willingness to learn – full training provided
Key Responsibilities
*Process purchase ledger invoices
*Assist with daily cash posting
*Reconcile sales ledgers and supplier statements
*Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
*Manage internal and external account queries
*File invoices and statements
*Credit Control
