Description
Duties of the Finance Supervisor include but are not limited to:
*Supervise daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
*Review and approve financial documents, including invoices and reconciliations.
*Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
*Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.
*Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
*Provide guidance and support to junior team members in the Accounting & Finance department.
*Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management review.
*Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within finance operations.
Profile
A successful Finance Supervisor should have:
*A strong background in transactional finance.
*Proven ability to lead and manage a small team effectively.
*Experience with financial software and tools for reporting and analysis.
*A professional qualification in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
*Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
