Recruitment Manager – Construction | London Division

You will be responsible for:
*Inspiring and managing a team of high-performing consultants on both permanent and interim desks
*Coaching and shaping talent through ongoing L&D to unlock individual and team potential
*Driving personal and team revenue billings through 360 recruitment delivery
*Taking full advantage of a warm PSL pipeline while developing new business in the London construction market
*Running your desk your way — permanent or interim, or both — with a client network primed for delivery

Who we are looking for:
*5+ years agency recruitment experience in construction
*Proven track record of leading teams, coaching people and delivering revenue
*A natural leader who can command a room, mentor a team, and close deals
*Driven by impact, relationships, performance and long-term cultural growth
*Bonus: Private-equity experience or billing success via senior desk delivery
