Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant – Change & Transformation / Data & AI
Location: London Hybrid – 3 days a week in office, Who Are We?
A high-growth, people-first recruitment agency built to compete at the top end of the interim and permanent hiring markets. We run specialist desks across Transformation, Data & AI, Tech-Enabled Change, and Board-Level People & Operator Search.

What’s the Role All About?
This is a true 360, billing role where you will:
Run interim or permanent search mandates for Transformation or Data & AI operators
Own full-cycle recruitment – from mapping, headhunting, and engagement to closing complex senior or leadership hires
Build a retained or contingent pipeline and help drive long-term revenue impact
Step into leadership progression early – with a clearly defined path into Senior or Director-level roles
Core Responsibilities
*Lead market mapping and A-player headhunting in UK (option to support US searches)
*Build pipeline ownership across strategic change, data leadership, digital transformation, AI-product, and category-defining roles
*Deliver weekly market-intelligence, mapping insights and candidate availability trends to clients
*Run outreach and engagement at the quality-not-quantity level
What We’re Looking For
You are someone who:
*Has 360 recruitment experience in a specialist sector
*Has interim or permanent billing exposure
*Understands recruitment is intuition + system + rapport
*Is motivated by progression, co-creation and high autonomy, not just commission alone
