Job Description:
Internal Sales Manager 60k-75k
My client, a large international manufacturer that produces solutions for the food and beverage industry has tasked Reed on an exclusive basis to recruit a new head of internal sales.
Due to an upcoming retirement we are seeking to recruit an experienced team manager who can oversee an internal sales function along business administration processes.
The role will be managing and leading a team of between 8-10 internal sales account managers as well as ensuring company systems, policies & procedures are adhered to within the sales dept.
You will also be expected to work closely with other heads of departments such as procurement, logistics and production.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate heading & leading a sales function within a global manufacturing company. You must have worked in a company that sells ’products’ as opposed to ’services’.
You must be comfortable in reporting to senior leadership team and presenting to board level.
We are also looking for an individual who has a proven track record in managing & motivating internal sales teams
In addition my client is looking for someone who has used SAP extensively within a current or previous role.
