Transport Supervisor

Temporary to Permanent after 12 successful weeks
£16.82 per hour (£17.82 per hour until 28th December 2025)
Shifts Available:
*Sun – Thu 19:30 – 04:00
*Tue – Sat 19:30 – 04:00

We are looking for an experienced Transport Team Leader to oversee daily transport operations and manage a team of drivers within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic conditions, has strong leadership capabilities, and is committed to ensuring smooth and compliant transport execution.

Job Duties;
*Lead daily transport operations and oversee drivers during assigned shifts.
*Liaise with planners, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
*Monitor deliveries ensuring schedules are adhered to.
*Support shunting operations and delivery station activities.
*Ensure compliance with H&S and transport regulations.

Experience needed;
*Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment.
*Strong communication and coordination skills.
*Able to work under pressure and manage operational challenges in real time.
*Familiarity with shunting, dispatch, and warehouse processes.
