Are you a detail-driven financial administrator with a passion for precision and client service? We’re looking for an IFA Administrator to join our clients established team in South Glasgow, offering the perfect balance of hybrid working – 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home!
About the Role:
As an IFA Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and clients by delivering accurate, technical financial administrative support. You’ll be the backbone of their operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from application processing to client servicing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Prepare and process applications across a wide range of financial products (investments, pensions, protection, and more)
*Liaise with over 20 providers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
*Maintain and update client records and business trackers
*Action policy changes, fund switches, withdrawals, and income payments
*Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, Data Protection, and AML legislation
*Collaborate with your team, contribute to meetings, and support continuous improvement
What They’re Looking For:
*Experience in financial services administration (IFA environment preferred but pension background would be considered)
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving
*A team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment
