Partnership Accountant
Leeds
Three Month FTC
£50,000 - £55,000
Hybrid Working
This is a three month fixed term contract role for an Interim Partnership Accountant based in Leeds. You will take ownership of partnership finance during this period, providing accurate accounting, timely reporting and support for partner payments, capital and remuneration across all entities. This role is ideal for an experienced accountant looking for an interim assignment with a defined timeframe.

The Role
• Oversee partner payment files and ensure all payments are accurate and on time
• Maintain accurate accounting for partner transactions including reconciliations and foreign exchange
• Calculate annual profit shares by partner and ensure correct accounting by entity
• Produce and review annual partner statements and provide data for annual audits
• Manage the partnership capital process including bank relationships and capital movements
• Provide remuneration illustrations for recruitment and ad hoc financial information to partners
• Deliver monthly reporting on partner metrics and support the annual partner remuneration cycle
The Person
• Qualified accountant with strong technical skills
• Good attention to detail and an interest in problem solving
• Organised and confident managing daily tasks for yourself and others
• Experience of partnership finance is ideal but not essential if you are willing to learn
• Strong communicator able to work with partners and senior colleagues
• Comfortable managing changing priorities and deadlines
• Good working knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel skills
