PageGroup are delighted to support a leading national manufacturing business based in Birmingham with the appointment of a Learning & Development Business Partner to join for a 12 month interim contract.
This role can offer hybrid working of circa 2-3 days onsite per week.
Description
Working as part of a wider HR team, this Learning & Development Business Partner role will involve taking full responsibility for the full L&D lifecycle for a multi-site manufacturing business, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders from entry level to leadership, designing and delivering blended learning programs and also working on the L&D strategy for the organisation.
Duties will include but not limited to:
*Design and deliver impactful blended learning and development programmes aligned with business objectives.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
*Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
*Support leadership development initiatives within the organisation.
*Manage budgets related to learning and development projects.
*Act as a trusted advisor on talent development strategies to senior management.
*Update and maintain the LMS
*Shape the talent pipeline, leading on apprenticeship programmes, ensuring compliance, quality, and meaningful career pathways.
Profile
A successful Learning & Development Business Partner should have:
*Proven experience in Learning and Development, ideally within a similar sector
*Ability to design and implement blended training programmes to suit different learning styles
*Have a ability to be hands-on and deal with the full L&D lifecycle, designing and delivering programs for all level of stakeholder alongside supporting the business strategically
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000
*Additional car allowance of £4,500 per year.
*Bonus scheme of 5%.
