Project Engineer – New Manufacturing Facility
Location: Derbyshire | 9 month contract | Competitive Day Rate

We’re delighted to be recruiting for a Project Engineer to support the design, construction, and commissioning of a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a major strategic project with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Manage the full lifecycle of the key engineering aspects of the project
*Coordinate budgets, schedules, design plans, and processes
*Support the planning, design, and execution of the construction project
*Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
*Track project progress, report on milestones, risks, and issues
*Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
*Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment
*Oversee the installation and commissioning of plant machinery and systems
*Maintain accurate technical records and project documentation
What We’re Looking For:
*Engineering degree or a related engineering discipline
*Experience in industrial or manufacturing construction projects
*Experience or knowledge of engineering
*Proficient in project management tools and CAD software
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Understanding of environmental and waste management regulations is desirable
*Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
