Job Description:
Temp to Perm Opportunity – Purchase Ledger Administrator
Reed Accountancy is recruiting for a dependable and detail-focused Finance Assistant / Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a well-established business in Banbury.
This is a temporary role with strong potential to become permanent, offering a great opportunity for someone looking to build on existing accounts experience or seeking long-term stability in a supportive team.
You’ll report directly to the Finance Manager and work within a friendly, collaborative environment.
Start Date: ASAP!
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Additional Benefits: Free on-site parking and a welcoming team culture
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
*Handling queries and reconciling supplier statements
*Monitoring the accounts inbox and redirecting queries as needed
*Communicating effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
*Potential involvement in weekly payment runs
*Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as they arise
Preferred Experience:
We’re ideally looking for someone with previous experience who can hit the ground running and contribute confidently from day one.
