Job Description:
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to join our team and provide on-site technical support across our organisation. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting both hardware and software systems, ensuring our staff can work efficiently and without disruption.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing first-line and second-line technical support to staff
*Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
*Installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications
*Supporting and maintaining the company CRM system, including user setup, troubleshooting, and training
*Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights
*Performing routine maintenance and system updates
*Documenting issues and resolutions for future reference
*Liaising with external vendors and suppliers when required
Requirements
*Proven experience in an IT support role
*Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
*Experience with CRM systems
*Hands-on experience with hardware repairs and upgrades
*Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
*Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
*Relevant IT qualifications are desirable but not essential
