Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Customer Service & Quality Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background combined with food science or quality assurance experience.
You will be responsible for supporting our customers with technical documentation, COAs and test results, processing orders, managing returns, assisting with quality processes such as process control records and SOPs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide technical support and answer product-related questions (specs, testing, regulatory info).
• Coordinate and organise customer returns.
• Process orders.
• Prepare and send Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and laboratory test analysis reports.
• Verify accuracy of all technical documents before sending to customers.
• Maintain and update product specifications, SDSs, allergen statements, and related technical files.
• Complete customer technical questionnaires and compliance forms.
• Assist with internal quality tasks including process control records (PCRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support quality investigations and customer complaint follow-ups.
• Support the production team with quality assurance
• Process and print customer orders accurately.
• Production Quotas
REQUIREMENTS
• Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service within a food, ingredient, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of COAs, lab testing terminology, and food industry documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organisational skills and good computer proficiency.
