What You’ll Do
*Support a Director/Adviser with full administrative duties and assist other advisers when needed.
*Manage diaries and prepare client documentation for meetings.
*Handle accurate data entry on Intelliflo and provider platforms.
*Prepare client illustrations, application packs, and welcome packs.
*Liaise with clients and product providers via phone, email, and video calls.
*Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, agreements).
*Assist with onboarding, valuations, and transactional processes.
What We’re Looking For
*Graduates with a degree in finance, business, or related fields.
*Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively.
*Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*A team player with a passion for client service and learning.
