Are you a proactive and driven sales professional looking to make an impact? We’re seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our Client’s team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in sales who thrives on building relationships and uncovering new business opportunities.
About the Role
As an Internal Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for all internal sales and business development activities. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by managing customer enquiries, generating new business, and ensuring exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
*Handle customer enquiries professionally over the phone.
*Research and identify new business opportunities from dormant and new accounts.
*Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations.
*Prepare and issue accurate quotations promptly, keeping customers informed of any delays.
*Follow sales strategies set by senior leadership.
*Proactively chase orders, quotes, and purchase orders.
*Collaborate daily with Area Sales Managers to process documentation and support lead generation.
*Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with notes, files, and job cards.
*Perform general sales administration and other duties as required.
Skills & Experience
*Proven experience and success in sales.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*Strong telephone manner and ability to build rapport.
*Highly organised, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
*Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
