Construction Administrator
Location: Doncaster, Office-based (Full-time)
Hours: 08:00am – 16:30pm
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 DOE + potential for progression
Start Date: January 2026

We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable Construction Administrator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and eager to learn, with the potential to progress within the business. Key Responsibilities
*Raise purchase orders, populate and complete orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods
*Book hotels for staff and manage related arrangements
*Process fuel receipts accurately
*Coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs
*Handle telephone enquiries and maintain clear communication across departments
*Access and manage the holiday portal for staff
*Support day-to-day office tasks and contribute to improving workflows
What We’re Looking For
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly
*Trustworthy and proactive with a positive attitude
*Excellent communication skills and willingness to take initiative
*Previous experience in administration (construction industry experience is a bonus but not essential)
