Job Description:
Responsive Personnel are pleased to be recruiting for a number of uPVC and Aluminium Window & Door Fabricator for a client based in Swindon.
Role: Production Operative
Location: Swindon
Pay: £12.32 ph (Plus attendance bonus and overtime)
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 07:00 - 15:45
Summary
As a Production Operative, you will be integral to the assembly process, ensuring high-quality manufacturing of window and door products. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your role will involve using your mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools to efficiently complete tasks.
Any previous window factory / warehouse and stores experience will enhance your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall productivity and success of our operations.
The company will offer a target bonus scheme which can add up to the amount of £3000 per year to potential earn. And also the option for overtime as well (Time and a third and also time and a half)
What we are looking for:
*Some that has ideally has previous worked in a factory ( ideally carpentry / joinery or assembly type of experience.
*Experience with power tools.
*Confident and reliable team player with an eye for detail and quality.
*Excellent time management.
*Hardworking and motivated.
