FP&A Analyst, Central London, Market Research, £60-65,000
We are looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to fill an urgent hire within a global insights and advisory organisation within the health and life sciences sector, operating across Europe, North America, and Asia. With a diverse team of researchers, consultants, and business professionals, they work collaboratively to deliver meaningful impact for clients and ultimately improve human health.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and qualified accountant to join our Finance team as an FP&A Analyst. This is a broad and fast-paced role supporting the FP&A Manager and working closely with senior stakeholders, including exposure to the CFO. As part of a larger international group, the role offers excellent development opportunities, exposure to group-level reporting, and a strong platform for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
*Prepare ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making
*Assist with quarterly forecasts and annual budget preparation
*Support cash flow forecasting
*Prepare and analyse revenue pipeline reports
*Produce monthly reporting packs and detailed commercial KPI reports
*Conduct OPEX analysis
*Provide business partnering support to commercial sales directors
*Assist with pricing analysis and related financial modelling
Required Skills & Qualifications
*1-2 years operating in an FP&A role
*Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities (complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
*ACA qualification from a top-tier audit firm, or CIMA/ACCA with relevant industry experience
*0-2 years post-qualified experience
*Experience in data analysis (audit or in-house)
*Excellent attention to detail
*Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
*Ability to think critically, prioritise effectively, and learn quickly
