Job Description:
Position: Category Administrator
Salary: £12.99 p/h
Contract: Temporary - ASAP (4 weeks with high potential to be extended)
Location: Coventry CV7 (Hybrid – 4 days in office).
Working Shifts: Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week, 9-5pm

Our client is looking for a Category Admin, to help support the Buying & Design team.
Administrative Assistant duties include:
 Support the Buying and Design teams with admin tasks.
 Enter and manage data for products, suppliers, and prices.
 Make sure promotions and pricing are set up correctly.
 Keep records organised and up to date.
 Prepare reports and notes for meetings.
 Ensure all data is accurate and completed on time.
 Learn about our products, stores, and competitors.
 Help the team follow legal and company guidelines.
Administrative Assistant person specification:
Essential-
 Great attention to detail.
 Good communication skills (written and spoken).
 Strong organisational skills.
 Confident using new systems.
 Positive and proactive attitude.
 Able to work independently and as part of a team.
This would suit someone who is task driven, self sufficient and a great team player.
