Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation in the construction sector, working closely with the Director. You’ll be part of a small, professional team providing administrative, financial, and organisational support across a range of operations and charitable projects.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage emails and correspondence professionally
*Maintain accurate digital and paper filing systems
*Prepare and proof letters, reports, and documentation
*Order stationery and office supplies as required
*Coordinate meetings, diary schedules, and small internal events
*Track invoices, approvals, and insurance renewals
*Create, maintain, and archive Board Minutes for group entities
*Prepare correspondence and documents for trustees and governance
Skills & Experience Required
*Excellent written and spoken English
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Comfortable using AI-based tools for administration and research
*Awareness of social media (LinkedIn) for business use
*Discreet, dependable, and proactive
What’s on Offer
*4½ day working week (Friday half day) – 35 hours per week
