Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Customer Service administration for about 2 months could be longer.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
*Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
*Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
*Liaise with internal departments (sales, finance, logistics) to resolve customer issues promptly.
*Prepare and distribute reports related to customer service performance and order status.
*Handle complaints professionally, escalating where necessary to ensure resolution.
*Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
*Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*High attention to detail and accuracy.
