Job role:
*Welcome and assist customers with jewellery and watch purchases
*Provide knowledgeable, high-quality service
*Maintain excellent store presentation
*Process sales and support repairs/aftercare
*Build strong customer relationships
*Help achieve team sales targets


Requirements:
*Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or premium customer service
*Professional, warm communication and excellent presentation
*Reliable, discreet, and customer-focused
*Weekend availability
*Interest in fine, gemstone jewellery and a willingness to learn
