As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absence. This is a fantastic opportunity for those considering a career in education or for experienced individuals looking to make a difference in schools.
Key Responsibilities: * Supervise classes during short-term teacher absence

* Take the register and ensure a calm and focused learning environment

* Distribute and oversee the completion of pre-set work – no planning or marking required

* Maintain classroom discipline in line with the school’s behaviour policy

* Support students in staying on task and managing their time effectively

What We’re Looking For: * Confident individuals with strong classroom presence

* Ability to manage behaviour in a calm and consistent manner

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Experience working with secondary-aged children is desirable but not essential

* Flexible, proactive, and reliable
