Job Description:
1to1 Group is currently seeking a driven and personable Business Development/ Account Manager to join a fast-growing company in the Winchester area. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain valuable experience and play a key role in driving the company’s success.
Role Details:
*Winchester.
*8:30am- 5:30pm Monday to Friday with a one hour lunch break.
*£32,000- £38,000 per year.
*£4,000- £5,000 OTE commission structure plus 15% of GP for new business.
*This role will be 50:50 in the office/customer site.
*£400 car allowance is offered after probation period.
Key responsibilities:
*Enhance customer retention by managing existing accounts.
*Strengthen the company’s position as a trusted supplier by maintaining and expanding key customer relationships.
*Build trust and establish lasting partnerships with stakeholders through effective engagement.
*Tailor strategies to address the unique needs and expectations of diverse customers.
*Deliver account management and business development initiatives aligned with company goals.
Required skills and experience:
*A highly proactive self-starter with strong negotiation skills, you must be able to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
*Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
*Demonstrated success in Business Development or Account Management.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
*A full, valid UK driving licence.
