Location: Cranbrook
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:15 am – 4:15 pm

What You’ll Do:
*Support students’ learning and social development in and out of the classroom
*Assist teachers with lessons and maintain student records
*Build positive relationships and encourage independence
*Help deliver personalised learning plans
*Promote positive behaviour and readiness for life beyond school
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience working with young people (paid or voluntary)
*GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
*Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to making a difference
