Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the demand planning and customer service teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective demand forecasting strategies using SAP to enhance accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of demand planning processes with sales, marketing, and supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, customer behaviours, and historical data to refine demand forecasts and improve service levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure timely and effective resolution of inquiries and complaints.
- Prepare and present regular reports on demand forecasts, customer service metrics, and performance improvements to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in FMCG demand planning and customer service management.
- Proficiency in SAP and demand forecasting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
