Job Description:
Head of Finance - Herefordshire + Hybrid - £60,000 - £70,000
This role is within a growing and successful manufacturing business in Herefordshire and offers hybrid working. It is a highly commercial Head of Finance role reporting to the board and managing all areas of finance whilst supporting the business to achieve it’s goals. The role requires a ’hands-on’ detailed oriented individual who is well versed in working with non-finance stakeholders and can manage a small finance team effectively.
Key Areas of the Role:
*Strategic financial leadership
*Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
*Administer the company’s financial strategy aligned with overall business goals
*Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*Providing insightful analysis to help drive business performance
*Partnering with non-finance stakeholders
*Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
*Supporting product costing and pricing strategies
