Sharp Consultancy are supporting a well-established, high-growth organisation based in Sheffield to recruit a Senior FP&A Manager.

Responsibilities include:
*Leading the FP&A function, developing best-in-class processes, models, and reporting.
*Business partnering with operational and commercial teams, translating data into meaningful insight.
*Delivering budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and performance analysis.
*Challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making.
*Enhancing reporting tools and dashboards to support financial and operational visibility.
*Coaching and developing junior team members as the function continues to grow.


What we’re looking for:
*A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with FP&A or commercial finance experience.
*Exceptional analytical and modelling skills, with confidence in influencing senior leaders.
*Someone forward-thinking, proactive, and adaptable, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
*A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to make a real impact.
