Purchase Ledger Assistant – Join a Company That Values Precision and People
Hybrid – 2 days in a central London office, 3 days from home
Permanent | 35-hour work week | Study support available
Salary: £30,100 + bonus + excellent benefits

We’re working with a well-established, forward-thinking organisation in the creative sector that’s looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their friendly and supportive finance team. What You’ll Be Doing:
*Accurately processing large volumes of purchase invoices
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries quickly and professionally
*Managing staff expenses and company credit cards
*Preparing and running bi-weekly payment runs
*Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing records
*Supporting process improvements and helping train new team members
What They’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in a high-volume Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role
*Someone who is hardworking, reliable and pays close attention to detail
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*A team player who can also work independently
*Good Excel skills: experience with Dimensions or FocalPoint is a bonus
*Experience with multi-currency invoices is essential
