We’re partnering with a leading organisation in West Malling to recruit a HR Advisor on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being the go-to person for HR advice and support.

Your key responsibilities:
*Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
*Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
*Supporting recruitment and onboarding for key roles.
*Assisting with HR projects, including policy reviews and engagement strategies.
*Ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards.
What we need from you:
*Previous experience in a HR Advisor role or similar.
*Strong understanding of UK employment law.
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to build strong relationships across the business
*CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential
