Senior Scheduler – Maidstone

Reed Business Support are delighted to be working with our client in Maidstone who are looking to add a Senior Scheduler to their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced scheduler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Senior Scheduler Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinating and scheduling daily workloads to ensure smooth and efficient operations
*Managing schedules and resolving conflicts or changes quickly and effectively
*Acting as a key point of contact between teams, clients, and stakeholders
*Monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Senior Scheduler About You:
*Proven experience in a scheduling, planning, or coordination role (senior/lead experience desirable)
*Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
*Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*Confident working under pressure to meet deadlines
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle due to the location
