Integration Project Manager | Fareham & Romsey | £515 per day | 6 month FTC
Are you an experienced Integration Project Manager looking for a high-impact role where you can shape strategic processes and deliver measurable value? This is your chance to lead a major integration programme, working alongside senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite across Fareham and Romsey, giving you the flexibility to balance office and remote work. You’ll also need to hold BPSS clearance and ideally SC clearance, or be willing to undergo the process.

As an Integration Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
*Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
*Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integration objectives
*Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates
*Identifying and mitigating risks, maintaining risk logs, and escalating issues
*Driving process improvements and implementing standardised integration practices
As an Integration Project Manager, your experience will include:
*Proven experience in project management within integration or M&A environments
*Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (APM PMQ desirable)
*Skilled in managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
*Commercial awareness with understanding of financial reporting
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
*Experience in Defence or National Security sectors advantageous but not essential
