We’re recruiting for a dedicated Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well established, Stratford based Law Firm. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse range of residential and commercial property transactions in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a caseload of both residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
*Draft and review various property-related documents including contracts and leases.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the transaction process.
*Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, procedural, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing (preferred)
*Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client care.
*Proven ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
*Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a track record of handling complex property transactions.
