Salaried Partner - Real Estate (Non-Contentious Construction)

We are seeking a Salaried Partner to join a progressive, top 100 law firm’s non-contentious Construction team. This role offers the flexibility to be based in either the South West or London. As a Salaried Partner, you will play a pivotal role in developing client relationships, expanding the business, and maintaining exceptional levels of client service while supporting the Head of Construction and the wider Real Estate team.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver work efficiently on own files, delegate effectively, ensuring profitability, and supervise junior fee earners in file management and time recording.
*Act as the senior lawyer on challenging matters, being a recognised expert in your discipline/sector.
*Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and referrers, exceeding service expectations and supporting partners in managing larger key clients.
*Manage client review processes and implement changes based on feedback.
*Expand your business area by broadening expertise into new client sectors/markets or increasing market share.
*Lead in generating thought leadership based on changes in the law, market trends, or other relevant materials to attract new opportunities.
*Manage and supervise team work to achieve all financial and non-financial KPIs, using management information to understand performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*8+ years PQE in a leading national or regional firm, with experience in all aspects of non-contentious construction matters.
*Strong desire and ability to grow and develop the team.
*Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
