What You’ll Be Doing*Sourcing, screening, and interviewing engineering candidates across London.
*Building strong relationships with clients in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, and tech engineering.
*Matching skilled engineers to temporary, contract, and permanent roles.
*Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job adverts to job placements.
*Attending site visits, client meetings, and industry events to expand your network.
*Working towards achievable weekly and monthly targets with support and ongoing training.
What We’re Looking For*Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with both candidates and clients.
*A motivated, resilient personality suited to a fast-paced environment.
*Interest in engineering or technical industries (no prior experience required).
*Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a target-driven environment.
*Previous sales, customer service, or recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential.
