What you’ll be doing:

The successful candidate will support our design teams across new product introductions, product enhancements, and ongoing ERP maintenance. In this role, you’ll work closely with production and operations to ensure smooth handovers and seamless continuity throughout the development process.

The right individual should be a great team player, have a proven track record of exceptional communication and organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen eye for detail.

This is your ideal role if you have:

*Working knowledge of R&D Project Engineering ideally in audio or broadcast manufacturing environment
*Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering principles.
*Proven experience managing or contributing to engineering projects from concept through delivery.
*Demonstrated success collaborating within cross-functional teams, including design, production, and operations.
*Practical experience using ERP/MRP systems to support project workflows and data accuracy.
