Description
*Manage a portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients (weighted to personal tax), ensuring compliance and timely submissions.
*Provide expert advisory services on a range of tax matters, including tax planning and mitigation strategies.
*Review and approve tax computations prepared by junior team members.
*Act as the key point of contact for client queries, offering clear and accurate advice.
*Keep up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and inform clients of potential impacts.
*Support the preparation and review of annual tax returns for a variety of client types.
*Assist in the training and development of junior staff within the tax department.
*Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive client services.
Profile
A successful Mixed Tax Manager should have:
*Relevant professional qualifications such as ATT or CTA.
*Strong technical knowledge of both corporate and personal tax matters.
*Experience managing a portfolio of clients in a professional services environment.
*The ability to deliver clear and concise advice to a variety of stakeholders.
*Proficiency in using tax software and Microsoft Office applications.
*A commitment to maintaining and expanding technical tax knowledge.
