Description
*Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring all compliance deadlines are met.
*Produce complicated letters for clients.
*Identify tax planning and cross selling opportunities to pass on or deal with directly
*Assist with the coaching and development of junior staff.
*Billing and WIP management.
*Management of filing deadlines.
*Work closely with partners and other team members to efficiently deliver high-quality tax work.
*Contribute to the firm’s business development activities.
*Stay updated with changes in tax law and communicate these effectively to clients.
Profile
A successful Corporate Tax Assistant Manager should have:
*ATT/ACCA qualified with eagerness to pursue CTA.
*Good understanding of income tax, capital gains tax, national insurance & PAYE, pension planning, corporation tax and business tax.
*Basic understanding of inheritance tax and VAT.
*Able to deal with HMRC tax enquiries with tax manager’s supervision.
*Able to research when personal knowledge or understanding is lacking and ask questions where required.
Job Offer
*£40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
