Job Description:
Sales Account Manager
*Annual Salary: £35k - £40k with OTE of £60k
*Location: Lowestoft
*Job Type: Full-time

Day-to-day of the role:
*Make outgoing phone calls (approximately 25 per day) to existing stockists to build strong relationships and ensure you are first port of call
*Maximise sales opportunities within your dealer network and always be closing sales opportunities.
*Bring new stockists onboard and plan appointments for the Field Sales Representative.
*Deliver an exceptional customer buying experience, upholding the company’s vision and values at all times.
*Hit KPIs around calls, sales value, and lead conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Friendly, can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
*Professional, organised, efficient, and highly accurate with excellent attention to detail.
*Strong time-management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
*Target-driven with a passion for winning.
*Experience using CRM systems confidently.
*Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs.
*Ability to build value, create demand, and confidently close sales.
*Comfortable making cold calls to potential customers.
*Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
*Flexible, adaptable, and able to work using initiative.
*Resilience and a positive, solution-focused approach.
