We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager (AM) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for client engagement and business development. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, acting as the vital link between our sales team and operational delivery. Your focus will be on nurturing existing relationships while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
?? Key Responsibilities
* Lead and take full ownership of client accounts from initial engagement to project delivery
* Support the Exhibition Manager in achieving departmental and company-wide targets
* Ensure quality control across all equipment specifications and project deliverables
* Maintain operational efficiency and uphold correct gross margin targets
* Develop new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships with key clients
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
* Liaise directly with clients both on-site and off-site, ensuring exceptional service delivery
* Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
* Be available for weekend work when required to support project timelines
* Champion sustainable practices across all aspects of project execution
* Consistently meet and exceed set KPIs
* Provide weekly reporting on sales figures and maintain a robust six-month pipeline
* Ensure all quoted projects maintain company gross margin standards

* Strong knowledge and genuine interest in the AV and exhibitions industry
* Proven experience in exhibitions, events, or related sectors
* Exceptional client focus with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility across senior stakeholders
* Commercial acumen and confidence in making decisions that align with budgetary goals
* Resilience under pressure and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
* Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
