Patient Booker
Red Recruitment is recruiting a Patient Booker to begin working immediately in a hospital in Stoke-On-Trent. This is a temporary position with lots of opportunities.
This role will involve you to book appointments for patients, completing a variety of administration duties and ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Package for a Patient Booker:
*Salary: £12.21 per hour
*Contract Type: Temporary
*Location: Stoke-on-Trent
*Hours: Monday - Friday - 8am - 4pm
Key Responsibilities for a Patient Booker:
*Booking patients in for appointments or their transport to and from hospital
*Chasing up reports
*Inputting patient data
*Being the first point of patient contact by answering the phone or email
*Ensuring patients appointments are booked correctly and efficiently
*Providing up to date information to patients
*Completing any administration duties that may be required
Key Skills for a Patient Booker:
*You should have a keen eye for detail
*Great communication skills including both written and verbal is required
*You ideally will be passionate about people and want to help others
*Strong administration and booking experience and who worked either in primary or secondary NHS care.
